Privacy policy

What we collect

Account data: your email, name and password (handled by our sign-in provider, Neon Auth; we never see your password).

Settings you enter: alert keywords, excluded words, sources, minimum budget, language and, if you fill it in, your profile (skills, experience, bio) used to match jobs and write proposals.

Usage data needed to run the service: which jobs we already emailed you, and the proposals you generate and save.

How we use it

To email you the job alerts you asked for, to rank jobs for you, and to generate proposals on request. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

When you ask for a proposal, the job text and the profile fields needed for it are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter and the model it routes to) to produce the draft. Do not put anything in your profile that you would not want processed this way.

Who processes data for us

Neon (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments; we never see or store card numbers) and OpenRouter (AI generation). Each acts only to provide the service.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session and your language choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

You can edit your settings and profile at any time and unsubscribe from alerts with one click. To delete your account and data, or to ask for a copy, email us and we will act within 30 days. Billing records may be kept as long as tax law requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database access uses separate least-privilege roles, and payment state can only be changed by verified Stripe events.
